Tips

Repeat in class.  Good posture.  Practice aloud.  Study with a friend.  Review daily.  Stay current with written work and vocabulary.  Get any missing work before of after class.  Be prepared, having homework done and worksheets completed in class.  Ask for help!

Portfolios are graded.  All worksheets, warmup ativities, written lessons, quizzes, tests and homework are to be stored in a folder for easy checking.    To obtain a 100, stay organized and save everything.  Portfolios are an excellent resource to study for the Unit Test, and are graded the day of the test in hopes that students will organize and review before the test.

Skits, Skits, and more Skits.  Students will practice speaking during various skit opportunities.  The Skits  tend to incorporate humor and excitement as students are actually learning useful phrases.

Geography is important as we learn where in the world French is actually spoken, not just France.  Naturally all of the activities occuring in the other language classes will happen in French too!

Great exposure to spoken and written French and Spansih, but many other languages and nationalities will be discussed.

Homework is practice work or to finish work, proect and or cooking/baking for celebrations.
