The 2009-2010 school year should be fun and full of new experiences. I look forward to working with your children this year.
For your information, my name is Gail Fournier. I have taught first or second grade for 33 years. I have been at Belmont Elementary School since 1979. This year, ( my 34th), I have moved to grade three. Last year I started working on my masters degree in literacy. I hope to continue this endeavor once I become acclimated to grade three.
I lived in Belmont for many years. It is where I raised my three daughters: Nannette,(35), Loreen (25), and Dannielle, (20). They all graduated from Belmont High School. Nannette, is a UNH graduate, and owns/helps run 2 stores in New Milford,CT. Loreen graduated from UNH, and is now a first year medical student at The University of Connecticut Medical School. Dannielle is a sophomore at UNH, with a goal of becoming a nurse practioner or nurse anesthetist.
I also am a proud Nana of 2 grandsons, Zachary, (7years old) and Alex,4 years old).
